Anne Green-Armytage

Anne Green-Armytage is a freelance garden photographer and feature writer. Her work is published regularly in books and magazines. She is a member of the Garden Photographers' Association, and of the Garden Writers' Guild.

Anne started taking photographs at the age of seven, and turned professional in the1970s, before changing direction to take a computer science degree, subsequently becoming a software consultant in the City of London. After the birth of her first daughter, she rediscovered photography and began freelancing as a way of regaining control over her working life.

Commissions are welcome for complete packages (words and images) or for pictures only. The photographic stock library contains more than 15,000 images of garden scenes, features, planting combinations and plant portraits, both digital and film-based.
